- Community Opportunity Readiness Programs: Is a project-based funding programs assisting communities with economic development projects. Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) administers this programs annually.
- Aboriginal Business Investment Fund: An annual grant between $150,000 – $750,000 provided to Alberta based Indigenous Communities to help community owned business capitalize on development opportunities. This programs is offered annually and has an application deadline of September each year.
- Métis Entrepreneurs’ Assistance Programs: MEAP is a non-repayable grant that is available to help mitigate how much you are borrowing from a financial institution. It can provide up to 40% of your project total to a maximum of $99,999. This programs is available to all First Nation, Métis and Inuit Entrepreneurs across Canada.
